Sauna Use Restrictions

  • Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, unless approved by a physician.

  • Individuals with heart disease, high/low blood pressure, respiratory conditions, or circulatory problems should consult a doctor before use.

  • No sauna use under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that impair sweating or awareness.

  • Do not use the sauna if you are ill, dehydrated, or have a fever.

  • Children should not use the sauna unless supervised and approved by a guardian/physician.

  • Limit sessions to 10–20 minutes at a time; exit immediately if dizziness, nausea, or discomfort occurs.

  • No food, glass containers, or electronic devices allowed inside the sauna.

  • Shower before entering; proper attire or towels required.

  • Do not pour water or substances on heating elements unless explicitly permitted.

  • Re-entry after cooling down is allowed only if you feel well.
