I sure wish I was back in Door County for New Years Eve. Whenever I am looking looking for something special to cook, I always take a look at the Door County Restaurant “The Waterfront” Luckily one of my best friends is the head cheff. Jesse Johnson has inspired in me to start cooking again. This is what I would get from his 2009 New Years Menu if I were going!
